Quality & Craftsmanship All pieces are designed and crafted in New York City using fine materials and undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment.

Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee all materials are genuine (sterling silver, solid 14K gold, diamonds, gemstones). Stones and metals are sourced from responsible, vetted suppliers.

Sustainability & Reclaimed Diamonds: We prioritize sustainable, ethical manufacturing and work with family‑owned jewelers and ethical stone suppliers. The Debris Collection uses reclaimed/broken diamonds; each stone is unique, so your item may vary from photos and is one‑of‑a‑kind.

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Custom design services are available. Please start your request on our CUSTOM page to receive a personalized estimate. Price for bespoke 14K gold pieces start at $2,500. Custom and made‑to‑order pieces are final sale.

Resizing & Repairs: Ring resizes are available for a fee. Please contact us for a quote. If your jewelry arrives damaged or with an issue, email us at info@zanni-nyc.com.

Care & Maintenance: Each order includes a polishing cloth and storage pouch. To preserve your jewelry, avoid wearing it while sleeping, exercising, or during rigorous activity.

Shipping & Returns: In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces ship within 4–6 weeks and are non-refundable.
