All in-stock items ship from New York City within 3-5 business days. Made to order items require between 2-6 weeks to produce before shipping. 

Sustainability

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, compostable or recyclable packaging is used whenever possible. Our custom jewelry bags are handcrafted using surplus leather from a small business in Brazil. We use only recycled metals and ethically sourced stones, supporting small family-run jewelers and fair trade stone suppliers in NYC. 

Domestic Shipping

For all domestic orders within the United States, we offer Priority shipping via USPS. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed and shipped. 

International Shipping

For our international customers, we offer USPS international shipping services. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. 

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Returns

All modified, custom, or bespoke pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

In stock items may be returned within 10 days of arrival if they are in pristine condition, unaltered and undamaged.

Resizing Policy

We recommend that customers accurately determine their finger size before placing an order to guarantee an accurate fit. ZANNI holds customers accountable for covering round trip shipping costs and ring resizing fees if an incorrect size is due to customer error. However, in the event that an incorrect size is received due to an error on ZANNI's part, the return shipping and resizing expenses will be incurred by us.
